Two aims of the Fleet Air Arm Association of Australia are to:

  • unite former and serving naval aviation personnel; and
  • maintain the bonds of friendship and esprit de corps in naval aviation.

This website encourages serving and past Fleet Air Arm friends to stay in touch, by using the facilities provided by the FAAAA.

You are invited to either let your friends know of your whereabouts, or to seek out information or colleagues from years past.

  • You can contact divisions of the FAAAA - see the list of FAAAA secretaries for contact details of the National Executive and State/Territory divisions;

  • You can read the messages already published on this website by those wanting to contact friends - see:
       Website messages (starting from the most recent message)
       Website messages (sorted by author's surname)

  • You can email a message to this website, to let friends know your contact details.

  • If you have a question about Fleet Air Arm history, you can contact the Association's honorary historian Bob Geale at

Any email addresses added to this website are coded in a way that prevents automatic "harvesting" of addresses by mailing list companies. This should ensure that publishing on this website wont lead to your address being used inappropriately.
