2009 AGM - Wall of Service Report

Applications continue to arrive sporadically. However order #19 is now complete and attached to the Wall of Service. Order #20 is three applications short of the cut-off number.
Status of applications is as follows:-
- a. Placed on Wall - Order #19
- b. Order currently at foundry - nil
- c. Current open order - Order #20, 17 applications received.
There continues to be the occasional application that arrives with incomplete and or inaccurate information/data. Most of these are able to be corrected with varying degrees of research.
The ones proving more difficult are the members who have discharged from the mid-seventies on. There records are on NPEMS and locating someone who has access to this system has been trying. However, persistence has paid off and in the future these errors and deficiencies should be more easily rectified.
This concludes my report.
