WA Memorial Dedication

After three years of planning, the Western Australia Division of the Fleet Air Arm Association has finally achieved an important goal.
At Monument Hill, Fremantle on 22 January 2009, there was a meaningful service to mark the dedication of a plaque recalling all of those who have lost their lives in the service of their country
The unveilling was carried out by Margaret Phillips, widow of Cedric O'Brian (Darkie) Phillips, while Geoff Vidal offered a blessing as part of the moving ceremony.
