Fleet Air Arm Helicopters - Kaman SH-2G(A) Super Seasprite

The Super Seasprite was originally obtained to operate from the flight decks of the RAN's Anzac Class frigates, but there was disatisfaction with its capability. Modifications were undertaken and the project had reached the stage of flight training when the Australian Government announced a review of the project in late 2007. In March 2008, the Government announced it had decided to cancel the project. An agreement was reached to return the machines to Kaman.
