Only one answer was received: Ray Howell correctly identified the figure on the left.
The image was the AEO of VF805 LCDR Buzz Garratt (right) congratulating Chief AA Jim Da Silva in J Hangar. Jim received a cash prize for the Skyhawk J52 engine Fuel Control Unit removal and installation adaptor plate that he had designed and constructed.
