- 0830-0900 Meet and Greet & Tea/Coffee in the Admiral Robertson Auditorium on the ground floor of the FAA Museum at HMAS Albatross.
- 0900-0930 Keynote Address: CDRE David Frost.
- 0930-1015 The FAA: 75 years in perspective. By RADM Mark Campbell.
- 1015-1045 Morning Tea.
- 1045-1115 The Future of the FAA. By CAPT Todd Glynn RAN.
- 1115-1130 Open Forum.
- 1130 Book Launch of Flying Stations II by Desmond Woods OAM. Introduction by VADM Tim Barrett AO CSC . This will be on the FAA Museum floor adjacent to the Seahawk, Sea King, Tracker and Skyhawk displays.
Friday 21 October Evening Program
- 1800-2030ish Freedom of Entry March, Nowra Street Party and Ceremonial Sunset by RAN, in Nowra. You can see a full program of events with a map and all timings here.
- On completion: Social Function in Nowra (dinner). There has been a high level of interest from people wishing to attend, so please register your interest if have not already, using the form to the right. This will be an informal gathering in one of the waterholes there.

- 1000-1300 HMAS Albatross Open Day with limited flying program and a range of ground activities (subject to weather). Free entry. You can see a full program of events with a map and all timings, etc, here.
- 1300 Sharp. FAAAA Annual General Meeting in the Fleet Air Arm Museum.

This is the night before the Albatross Open Day / Federal Council Meeting. It is envisaged the event will be an informal gathering in a local club/restaurant.. So far there is a good level of interest so, all things being equal, it will go ahead.
