We have been advised that Frank Larter passed away peacefully on 19th September 2023 at Johnathan House, Nowra.
Frank was the much beloved husband of Dot, father and father in law to David & Sharon, Andrew and Dianne and Steven. He leaves behind eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
