VALE Florence ( Floss ) Nugent. Passed away on 19th September 2024 after a long period of ill-health.
Floss was one of the foundation members Along with her husband Ken, she was a stalwart amongst us who attended everything that we held. A serving Wran in WW11, she was a centenarian who outlived husband Ken ( Nugget ) by a good quarter of a century He was amongst the initial crowd to transfer to the fledgling Australian Fleet Air Arm.
