Advice has been received of the sudden death on 01 March 2016 of WOATA Arthur SHARLAND, age 83 years. No further details are available at this time.
Arthur was born in Brisbane on 25 August 1932 and joined the Navy on 10 August 1951 at the age of (nearly) 19. He served a long and distinguished career, finally paying off as a WOATA.
The funeral will be held at 1400 on Thursday 10 March 2016 in the Chapel at The Shoalhaven Memorial Gardens & Lawn Cemetery, Worrigee Road, Worrigee, NSW.
