The FAAAA was saddened to learn of the death of Ron Bailey, who died peacefully in his sleep on 14 November 2016 at the age of (very nearly) 83.
Ron joined the Navy on 21 February 1955 and served on 724 and 816 Squadrons before discharging six years later as a Leading Hand (LME(E)). He was a long-term member of the FAAAA Victorian Division and lived his latter years in Hoppers Crossing. He leaves behind his wife Betty.
